Why Patient Plan Direct?
When we started looking for a new plan provider we investigated and researched thoroughly. We were extremely impressed with the offering from Patient Plan Direct which entitled a lot less paper shuffling and significant cost savings.
The team are always just a phone call away, their services are flexible and we thought the web-based sign up and reporting would be a real time saver for us.
The transfer process, although a big decision at the time, was smooth and successful. Patient Plan Direct helped us to prepare our mailing to patients as well as ensure the transfer was communicated as a positive for the patient. We had ‘hands-on’ training from their team who fully supported us throughout the entire transfer.
It’s been a good business decision. Before the transfer, we had around 350 patients on plan. To date, we have 2,500 patients on plan and continue to grow our plan base. Patient Plan Direct fits with our practice ethos and gives us both confidence and value for money.
