Why Patient Plan Direct?
We knew that by introducing a dental plan, the two dentists who were converting to private would have guaranteed income to help with cash flow and forward planning. We contacted several plan providers but were drawn to Patient Plan Direct’s low administration fee.
After our initial meeting, we quickly realised that they knew what they were talking about and had worked with many practices in similar circumstances before. Our business development manager also had a wealth of experience so we knew we were in good hands.
There is no denying that a move away from NHS dentistry is a big decision for any practice and you need to work with someone who can guide you in the right direction.
Patients have asked a lot of questions and there has been extra work but it has been fantastic to be able to pick up the phone to our business development manager and the client services team when we have needed support.
Six months down the line, we’re bang on track. Our conversion rate is as we hoped – so much so, we now have dentist three following suit.
