In light of the current situation regarding Covid-19, we would like to update you with our current plans based on the latest government advice.
Continuity of service
First and foremost, we remain fully operational and are here to support you and answer any immediate questions you may have with regards to your patient plan.
As we are sure you have already, we strongly advise you to keep the lines of communication open with your patients in terms of your availability and the services you are providing, as the government guidance changes.
Our service to you
You can still contact us at Head Office as usual, but we would also advise you if appropriate to use BDMs’ individual mobile numbers to save time rerouting calls and taking messages. As you would expect, we are intent on protecting the health and wellbeing of our team as best we can. Following the latest government guidance, this means we will be reducing face-to-face contact.
Fortunately, over the past few years, we have invested in our IT infrastructure and everyone is equipped to work remotely and seamlessly thereby ensuring continuity of service.
Naturally, day-to-day communication is vital to ensuring the continuity of our service to you.
Daily update calls for each of our teams and regular ‘Whole Business’ sessions have also been scheduled so everyone is in no doubt about their responsibilities and actions in looking after you.
As history has shown, we are an immensely resilient and adaptable species! We just need to be kind and support one other. With that in mind, please be assured that we remain committed to delivering the best possible service to you with minimal disruption.
