If you’re anything like us, you probably don’t want to know how many weeks/days/hours it is until Christmas, however much those certain friends on Facebook like to keep reminding us (we all have one, right?). While some of us might feel like the Grinch right now – it’s mid-October, it’s allowed – the good thing about the upcoming festivities is that a lot of people really look forward to this time of year, and they enjoy the build up to the big day.
With this in mind, now is the time to tap into this excitement and start planning your festive offers. With parties, holidays, and family get togethers all on the cards, people start thinking about ways to look their best for the Christmas period, and every dental practice can provide a treatment or two that can help. Of course, there are the obvious cosmetic smile enhancers such as tooth whitening and cosmetic bonding that your patients will go crazy for, and if you offer facial aesthetics be sure to keep these in mind when thinking about your special offers, too.
Do something different
However, there are plenty of ways that you can think outside the box a little to make your offers more attractive and appealing. You could put together packages of treatments that compliment each other, such as a reduced rate on tooth whitening with every hygiene appointment booked before the end of the year, or extra savings on anti-wrinkle treatments for all new patient sign ups, etc. In this way, not only will you start enticing people in for cosmetic treatments, you will encourage loyalty and future business by showing them the other facets of your practice.
Another great tip is to reward your dental plan patients with exclusive offers as a thank you for being a loyal part of your practice. You can make these available to new plan members too, just be sure that this particular set of discounts are only available to those on your plan. This will make your plan patients feel special, while also providing additional reasons to stay on, or sign up to, your dental plan.
