There’s little point in having a multitude of goals and ideas buzzing around in your head with no definite plan in place to achieve them. Write down what you want to attain and then create a step-by-step process to take you there. Once you’ve done this, schedule meetings to check progress and tweak the plan with the benefit of hindsight, and stick to it! You’ll wow yourself in a year’s time when you’ve reached, or are much closer to, that goal of yours.
- I will analyse our outgoings to save money
Just like you do at home, shop around for the products and services you use daily in your practice. From the utilities like electricity and internet, to the more specialised areas such as your patient payment plan, and product suppliers. Are you paying for things you don’t need or aren’t using?
