Established in 2009, Patient Plan Direct helps practices to run, develop and retain practice-branded patient payment plans at significantly less cost in comparison to other plan providers, such as Denplan, Practice Plan and DPAS, and ensures the practices we work with, maximise the income and profits their payment plans generate.

Since our inception, we have refined and developed our patient payment-plan solution and support in line with feedback from the practices we work with, whilst maintaining our position as the most cost effective plan provider in the UK – representing amazing value for money.

We now help over 350 practices across the UK run their own practice-branded patient plans. We have helped these practices either launch a plan for the first time, transfer an existing base of plan patients from another plan provider or convert from NHS to Private.

Our head office is in Cheshire where our clients services, finance, IT and operations team are located. Alongside our head office resource are our network of field-based business development managers, accumulating decades of experience specifically in the patient payment-plan sector.
